Course Information

Delegates must meet two criteria to be eligible for an Informa Connect Academy (ICA) Certificate of Completion

  • Satisfactory attendance – delegates must attend all sessions of the course. Delegates who miss more than 2 hours of the course sessions will not be eligible to sit the course exam 
  • Successful completion of the course assessment.

Delegates who do not meet these criteria will receive an Informa Certificate of Attendance. If delegates have not attended all sessions, the Certificate will clearly state the number of hours attended.

Learning Style

Practise writing in English in a safe and supportive environment. Work in groups using case studies and compare your results with good practice responses. Receive feedback from your trainer on your strengths and on the next steps for your development. Build your confidence using graded exercises which become more challenging as you develop your skills.
