Niamh Jordan is a highly experienced executive coach and leadership consultant with an international career spanning 22 years in executive coaching and mentoring, leadership consultancy, corporate training and learning and development. She has a Bachelor of Education with honors, from Queen’s University, Belfast, Northern Ireland, and a master’s degree in executive coaching and mentoring from the Institute of Leadership and Management. She is a faculty member at the Institute of Healthcare Leadership and Management, a member of the Association of Coaching and a senior consultant with FranklinCovey, delivering a range of leadership topics.
Niamh is a hands-on leader capable of strategic and critical thinking, identifying potential in others and inspiring them to action. Her strength lies in liaising and building strong relationships as well as in facilitating professional development across multiple platforms while consistently displaying exceptional communication skills and a strong sense of moral and ethical principles. She demonstrates a balance of professionalism, passion and practicality in inspiring others to action.

Rania Abu Rabia
Rania is a keynote speaker, executive coach and facilitator of leadership & coach development. She is President Elect of the International Coach Federation (ICF) Egypt Chapter, and is an ICF-registered mentor coach and faculty member of ICF-credentialed coaching programs. Rania has 30+ years of corporate and coaching experience, having worked in various multinational organizations in Canada, UAE and Egypt. Rania founded THINK for Leadership and Coach Development in 2014.
Prior to that, she was Executive Director, HR, IT & Planning for Abercrombie & Kent Egypt, leading a team of 60 individuals, responsible for eight branches, and for an annual budget of over US$ 12M. Rania holds a BSc in CS degree from Canada. She is a Certified Professional in Leadership & Performance (CPLP, ATD) as well as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC, ICF) and a Certified Applied Positive Psychology Practitioner (CAPP, Flourishing Center).
Rania also holds a Cambridge International Diploma for Teachers & Trainers, is a Professional in HR (PHR, HRCI), an MBTI® practitioner and a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator.
In 2016, Rania started the “Stories Worth Spreading” initiative, through which she shares inspiring stories of Egyptian women leaders on her blog (www.raniaaburabia.com ). In 2017, she was recognized as one of the top 50 most influential women in Egypt. Rania is currently working on her first book due to be published in 2020.
