Seema Nagrath Menon is the Managing Director & Founder of CALM Worldwide (Center for Action in Learning Management) Seema Nagrath Menon is an International Speaker, ATD Expert Facilitator, Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coach and Senior Learning & Development Specialist based in Dubai. As a Certified Professional in Learning & Performance (CPLP®) and a qualified COTU-BPS (Level A & B) from Cambridge University, she has been working internationally in the fields of leadership development, learning strategy and instructional design for over 18 years.
Currently, she is the head of CALM Worldwide (Center for Action in Learning Management), a professional and dynamic UAE based Management & Learning Consultancy whose niche is to powerfully add value to people & organizations, focusing on highly effective leadership, management and L&D practices that enables maximum potential and growth.
She has also trained as an Emotional Intelligence and Leadership specialist, at Yale University and Case Western Reserve University. Her principal area of experience and expertise has been in and in research, innovation, designing and delivery of interactive developmental learning programs, aimed at facilitating the enhancement of targeted skills in her clientele. She is also an expert in the Neuroscience of learning.
Using her cross-cultural international business exposure to add value and positively influence the life of her clients in global business she has coached executives and leaders for peak performance. As well as, designed, developed, and delivered specialist learning programs on Leadership Skills, Business & Life Skills, Emotional Intelligence and Mindfulness for a range of international business corporates and institutions.
Bahaa Hussein, CPLP has been training across Europe and the CEEMEA regions since 1998, positively impacting employees’ performance to reach maximum potential. Bahaa has extensive experience of designing and delivering professional training programs with some of the esteemed companies in the region and his sessions are renowned to be interactive and engaging. He calls on experience across a diverse set of businesses and industries and has delivered training with the likes of Procter & Gamble, Sawiras Construction Group, Mountain View Real Estate Development and Deraya Insurance Company.
Graduating from the American University in Cairo with a Bachelor in Business Administration and a minor in Political Science, Bahaa Hussein began his career 28 years ago with Procter & Gamble Egypt (P&G) where he managed to work his way up to head of sales operations in Saudi Arabia.
After helping the business grow, Bahaa discovered that his real passion and interest was in positively impacting peoples’ lives through improved human performance, so Bahaa made a career move into Learning & Development and hasn’t looked back. In 2010 he successfully earned one of ATD’s highest awards, Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), becoming one of the 1,300 certified learning & development professionals worldwide and one of ATD’s first international facilitators.
Currently, Bahaa is the Head of Learning and Development at Abudawood Group, responsible for the development and delivery of training programs across six markets in MEA & AP&P regions.
