This HR administration course provides a ‘best practice’ approach to the key administrative activities and on the practical application of key HR administrative activities. The course leader will provide you with the insight, knowledge and skills to manage potentially sensitive issues and situations with tact, discretion and confidence.

Anne McDougall is the Director of Innovate Through Training and Development. She is a trainer, author and motivational speaker, specialising in the development of individuals and organisations.
She works across all industry sectors and her client base ranges from the banking and telecoms industries through to the oil and gas companies of the Middle East, Africa and China. With over 25 years’ experience in organisational development and training, Anne’s international consulting has given her broad experience of working with many different nationalities. Her experience in the HR field spans 20 years. She has been involved in developing vision and mission statements with organisations, trained staff on how to run recruitment sessions, and has written and presented induction training. In 2016, she also ran a very successful Emiratisation programme. She is passionate about helping organisations prepare for the 4IR and will speak at a conference on this topic in 2020.
Anne has a Master’s Degree in Learning and Development from Sheffield University in the UK, an LGSM from Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London and a CELTA qualification from the University of Swansea in Wales.
