    Stewart McNair is a Human Resources professional with over 25 years of experience split between the airline and global energy industries. Stewart's most recent corporate role was leading the eastern hemisphere HR function for Halliburton, the world's second-largest oilfield services provider. During his career, Stewart has also been entrusted with corporate governance responsibilities for both private and public listed companies. Stewart has experience in all phases of the business cycle, from start-up to liquidation.

    Now the Principal Consultant at his own company, GlobalScope HR, Stewart's focus is on increasing effectiveness of organizations and individuals. He has successfully delivered SHRM professional development courses in the UAE and Bahrain in the past year. Stewart holds a degree in psychology from Canada, as well as a SHRM-SCP certification. As a lifelong learner, Stewart has recently completed his E-MBA degree, and is also a member of the NeuroLeadership Institute.
