The summit is the leading platform in the MENA region to gather all of the key stakeholders responsible for driving the adoption of sustainability throughout the region including government, private and public sector, NGOs, SMEs, universities and international foundations.
With an important Opening Ceremony featuring government dignitary H.E. Khaled Al Kamda, Director General, Community Development Authority, Government of Dubai followed by Andrés Franco, Deputy Director, United Nations Children's Fund, Private Sector Engagement, UNICEF, the scene was set for a vibrant 2 day conference exchanging best practice and strategy focused on the importance of sustainability and social responsibility in the Middle East region.
With a line-up of globally recognised local, regional and international speakers, the CSR Summit welcomed over 200 attendees to debate and discuss how to develop sophisticated frameworks that create shared value and long-term impact on areas such as moving towards strategic CSR and sustainability, social entrepreneurship, youth development, education and local community development.
