This course provides an understanding of the fundamental requirements associated with the marketing and selling of all types of real estate in the UAE, including: residential, commercial, hotels, vacant land and large-scale investments.

It will outline the distinct differences in the approaches taken by brokers and other stakeholders when selling specific types of properties. General principles will be applied but investigated in-depth depending on the type of property.

Additionally, a thorough analysis of the laws and their application will be studied to educate delegates on the real estate and property laws in the UAE for both existing and off-plan properties. During the course, delegates will analyse the general requirements of sales contracts and receive feedback on the legal reasoning behind key requirements.
