    Eric Evans

    Eric Evans is a Management Consultant, Company Director and an experienced facilitator who has worked with Informa Middle East delivering training programmes in the Region for more than 20 years. Throughout his career Eric has negotiated contracts and deals on behalf of some of the world's most successful private sector and public sector organisations. His hands-on experience includes:

    • Negotiating multi-million dollar outsourced IT deals on behalf of global consumer goods companies
    • Resolving contractual disputes on behalf of one of the world's largest telecoms companies
    • Negotiating the acquisition and disposal of companies across Europe and North America

    As a consultant he has assisted many clients by helping them develop robust negotiation strategies. This includes:

    • Helping a major UK public sector transport organisation plan and prepare for a successful negotiation around a multi-million pound project cost over-run
    • Planning a successful negotiation with a Sovereign Government to vary a profit sharing agreement following the drop in oil prices in 2015
    • Planning and preparing a negotiation with a US software company over intellectual property rights which led to savings in excess of $1m per annum

    Eric has run successful negotiation courses in the Region for more than 20 years and the number of repeat courses he runs for clients is a testament to the value clients place on his courses.

    He brings to this course a refreshing approach based on practical advice that can be implemented quickly, easily and with powerful negotiating tools provided on the course.

    Ann is a Director of 2BC Pte Ltd a Procurement consultancy which has offices in Singapore, London and Kuala Lumpur.

    A former Senior Commercial and Procurement Manager, she has had significant hands-on experience covering procurement of direct and indirect material, negotiating multi-million dollar deals, managing global suppliers, and developing and managing high value and complex contracts.

    Her recent experience includes:

    • Developing and delivering training programmes on procurement and negotiation in Asia and the Middle East
    • Designing, developing and implementing supplier and contract management processes in an organisation that had outsourced a number of key business functions
    • The development of a series of practical procurement and contract management tools
    • Delivering a supplier management training programme for 12 vendor managers, which led to the successful implementation of a contract operationalisation process
    • Implementing strategic sourcing and procurement processes for technical personnel in an organisation which had no procurement function
